Description:
Board of Education Offices, Sam Nunn Museum, and 1925 Classroom Replica.
Historic Significance:
Formerly the original Perry High School, was built in 1925 and is the oldest brick school building in Houston County. It was the first consolidated school, and had the first fully equipped science lab in the state of Georgia. An exhibit honoring retired Senator Sam Nunn is housed here.

Take Exit 136 on I-75, travel east on Sam Nunn Blvd into downtown Perry, follow Ball Street to Main Street. Turn left on Main Street.  Building will be on the right.
